Preguntas frecuentesFrequently asked questions

¿Mi food truck necesita Certificate of Use?Does my food truck need a Certificate of Use?

No. Food trucks go straight to the BTR application. The yard holds the permit for the land.

¿Necesito un BTR por cada camión?Do I need a BTR for each truck?

The food truck ordinance counts each unit (truck, van, trailer, or cart) as a separate food truck and asks for each one’s VIN. If you have several, plan on one BTR per truck and confirm with the City when you apply.
